Corporate Office, IT Department Responsibilities included customizing new computers or rebuilding existing computers for business associates. Diagnose any problems with on site or corporate computers or printers. Coordinate with Dell Technician Support to order replacement parts. (* supported the IT Department but not on a full-time basis from 8/2001 12/2010) Property Maintenance Maintenance - Handled the maintenance and repair for XXX apartments, clubhouse, pool and spa on a XX acre property. When on emergency call, was solely responsible for weekend emergency maintenance for property. Operate power and hand tools along with occasional painting and dry wall repair. Plumbing – Repair and install kitchen and bathroom plumbing fixtures and troubleshoot clogged pipes, furnaces and air conditioners. IT Support - Solving software and hardware problems for staff including system re installs, virus removal and on site tutoring.

Responsibilities included detailing new drilling tools, grinding wheels, and machine parts. Other duties including maintaining office and factory product catalog.

Solely responsible for all CAD assignments at this location, including CAD drawings of complete drive shafts and components, maintenance of computer drawing files, system software updates, digital camera inputs and related special assignments.
