Roles and responsibilities include:- Assist with candidate screening and interviews when required- Collaborate with other seniors and QA lead to upskill team members through formal and ad-hoc training and knowledge share sessions- Encourage and support the "shift left" of testing efforts and test automation by collaborating with developers, committing new tests and extending coverage of existing unit and integration tests- Provide guidance and mentorship for all junior and intermediate QA team members- Lead project focused work for testing features for new markets, major platform updates, or other focus areas as necessary- Improve efficiency, coverage, and capabilities of automated test projects and frameworks- Provide support and training for new QA hires- Provide test design and technical/architectural advice and support to QA for all Microsoft Dynamics CRM development streams- Assist with training on our customised Dynamics CRM solutions for both QA and developer hires- Collaborate with all Dynamics CRM development teams to maintain and improve CI/CD delivery pipelines- Provide input in user story definition and planning sessions in order to address potential concerns as early as possible.- Ensure only a high quality product is delivered to customers in various portions of the business.- Assist with troubleshooting of issues experienced by users and provide input on possible solutions.- Enable continuous monitoring of systems by creating automated tests with alerting for any failures or defects.- Creation and maintenance of relevant build and release DevOps pipelines.- Logging of bug tickets with sufficient detail that issues are able to be addressed and resolved as quickly as possible.- Work closely with developers to ensure that quality is taken into account at all times.
