Starting as a freelance chef, I quickly advanced to become their Head Chef & Events Coordinator, managing high-profile international events and leading teams across multiple continents. My time at GIG honed my skills in logistics, large-scale catering, and team leadership, giving me a global perspective on hospitality.Today, I’m focused on growing Something Different Catering, driven by the same passion for creativity, quality, and personalised service that has defined my career.
