I performed Real Estate due diligence as an independent contractor for various clients. I created workflows and presented research that streamlined investment and management decisions for firms with 50-10,000 employees. , I researched land development and reconstruction projects and presented the pipeline to Investment partners. The team grew to 9 full time staff and Gude Capital Management LP became a FINRA member firm, and New Jersey State Registered Investment Advisory business.

I conducted and coordinated financial & feasibility models for a single client with two principal funds with different strategies. This engagement required scaling up 5 full time analysts and closed at the end of the fund terms. Client is now an investment partner.1. Focused on metropolitan select-service markets nationwide working with the Adoba Eco Suites brand management team. Overall, I successfully managed to buyout 1,200 doors in the first year.2. RESICAP is a nationally recognized general contracting and asset management firm, and offers a vertically integrated solution for institutional owners of single-family residential assets in the US.I was responsible for managing portfolios of reconstruction projects, evaluating and implementing value engineering principles, completing onsite inspections, and managing permitting processes in compliance with all building codes, standards, and specifications. I maintain project scope, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure all supply chain management practices, including materials and equipment align with project priorities. In order to advance construction, I manage contract administration duties including, RFIs, change orders, project scope reviews and updates, conduct drawings reviews, and prioritizing tasks. I successfully align project schedule milestones while coordinating deliverables with multiple subcontractors to complete all projects on time and on budget.

I worked with cross-disciplinary teams in engineering and manufacturing, managing production audits under the direct report of the USA National Engineering General Manager.

As a project engineer I was first exposed to robotics, assembly lines, and the broader manufacturing and technology industry. I worked in Production development; with a focus on mechanical and production engineering.

During my time as a undergraduate and graduate student, I worked on The New York Harbor Observation and Prediction System (NYHOPS). The NYHOPS was established to permit an assessment of ocean, weather, environmental, and vessel traffic conditions throughout the New York Harbor and New Jersey Coast regions. After five years, this system was used in the study of the impact of Hurricane Sandy and is designed to provide a knowledge of meteorological and oceanographic conditions in real-time and forecasted out to 48 hours in the Hudson River, the East River, NY/NJ Estuary, Raritan Bay, Long Island Sound and the coastal waters of New Jersey.
