Anthony Haly is a senior litigation and competition lawyer with extensive advisory and dispute resolution experience. Anthony has advised on industries including energy and resources, IT and telecommunications, Government and public administration, banking and financial services, construction, retail and supermarkets, and primary production.Anthony's litigation experience includes conducting litigation in various State and Commonwealth Courts and Tribunals, and resolving disputes through various alternative dispute resolution methods. Anthony has extensive experience resolving commercial, corporate, administrative, and contractual disputes. Anthony also has experience in construction, taxation, insurance, and class action matters.Anthony's competition law experience includes competition law advisory work (including advising in relation to cartels, anti-competitive conduct, and immunity applications), merger control, regulatory investigations and enforcement, authorisations, third party access, consumer law, and trade practices compliance programs and training. Anthony has represented both corporate and Government clients in regulatory enforcement matters, and has advised in relation to regulatory investigative powers and law reform options.Anthony is a former Deputy Chair of the Queensland Law Society's Competition and Consumer Law Committee.
