As a part of Citi's Application Vulnerability Assessment team, I conduct comprehensive penetration tests and code reviews across a wide range of internally developed and SaaS applications, including web and mobile applications, APIs, databases, and thick clients. These rigorous assessments are crucial to identify and evaluating vulnerabilities.Using tools like Burp Suite, SQLMap, Appscan, Checkmarx, Metasploit, Qualys, Nessus, and Kali Linux, I identify vulnerabilities and potential weaknesses within our technologies. My role also includes infrastructure scanning, the creation of pentest reports, collaboration with application teams to remedy found issues, and the development of custom Burp Suite extensions with the Montoya API to enhance testing capabilities, including integration with ChatGPT.

My approach involved implementing a compressed matrix format that resulted in significantly improved matrix multiplication speeds and data processing efficiency.The groundwork laid during my tenure paved the way for the potential future integration of homomorphic encryption, an advanced technique for performing computations on encrypted data, to further bolster data security during sensitive information analysis.A key feature of the program is its capability to efficiently compute individual network centrality, a crucial metric in identifying potential disease superspreaders.
