About Anthony Hatswell
Director of Delta Hat, where we provide technical health economics and evidence based medicine support. My history is of working in global health outcomes at sanofi-aventis, then the UK arm of GSK, before moving to consultancy in 2010. In 2017 I set up Delta Hat, who were acquired by Petauri in May 2024.Having seen a lot of projects and spent time on a NICE committee, I get involved in a lot of different types of projects. My specialism however would be applied statistics - one are of interest (and my PhD topic) being estimating effectiveness without randomised trials (uncontrolled/single arm trials). The other area being the analysis of quality of life data / utility data. As well as pharmaceutical companies, I've collaborated with charities and the NHS.Outside of work my wife and I live in a small Derbyshire town, with our three children which keep us busy. When I do have the time, I'm a keen runner (15.29 5k, sub-70 half and 2:28 marathon), and enjoy making things - from DIY to 3D printing - whatever the project needs!
