I would consider myself a builder. I enjoy helping companies grow, mainly through sales, but also from an operation standpoint when needed. My personality lends me to sales as I enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and managing relationships over time. My sales techniques really rely on being honest, providing the customer with the most up to date information, and always doing the right thing, even if it does hurt the "bottom line" in the near future. I believe honesty, integrity, and hard work always win out overtime, so I'm in it for the long haul with the companies I work for and the partners I work with.
