Managed a team of specialist that integrate contracted products, services, and courseware this is delivered through the HealthStream LMS. Team responsibilities focused on implementing all HeartCode BLS, ACLS, and PALS products, manikin fulfillments, AHA card processing, and site configuration. Developed and maintained internal knowledge base and wifi resources within MS Sharepoint to produce consistent results across all team members. Provided guidance and mentorship on best practices, process workflow, and proctocol to improve team and individual efficiencies and productivity. Responsible for the day to day communications with product managers, internal and external customers, as well as executive management regarding project statuses, timelines, and resource allocations that impact deliverables.
