Responsible for building CRM program for the Universal Studios Interactive division, primarily focusing on mobile titles. Included in the job role is strategy and execution of email campaigns, push notifications, and community management.

At Experian (e.g. CheetahMail) I had a fresh start, getting the opportunity to build a team from scratch and working with new clients from various verticals. Responsibilities included but were not limited to the following:- Accountability for hiring, mentoring, managing, and motivating a team of 14 client services members across multiple locations, including Costa Rica and UK- Identifying growth opportunities and up-selling potential within my existing client base- Leading my clients in developing cross channel initiatives that embedded email, mobile, social, and user-specific digital advertising into consumer touch points- Supporting the sales team on new business pitches, client integration planning and negotiating contract renewals

I began my career in email marketing right after college when I took a Production Specialist role with then Digital Impact (who was acquired by Acxiom). I was responsible for coding, segmenting and deploying emails for fortune 1000 companies. I moved up the ranks every few years, eventually becoming the Global Account Director and managing one of the top revenue producing clients for Acxiom Digital. I led a team of 20 Account Managers and Production Specialist spread throughout the globe (San Mateo, London and Singapore). In 2005 I was sent to London to help manage the international business of this client but also to help grow the business within the office. It was an experience I will never forget.
