As a Senior Director at Magnit Strategic Advisory, I oversee 600+ global accounts with my team of Business Consultants and Managers located in strategic locations across the globe. Additionally, I support the sales process from a Business Intelligence lens and offer consultative support to existing and potential future clients. With a focus on Business Intelligence, I regularly create new solutions and BI tools. Since joining Magnit Global, I've experienced upward career advancement. I began as a Business Analyst and progressed to Sr. Business Analyst, Business Consultant, Sr. Global Business Consultant, Manager, Sr. Manager, Director, and now Sr. Director. In each role, I've used what I've learned to make improvements to my next role.Before joining Magnit Global, I pursued education, including earning a Master of Arts in Industrial Psychology and a PhD in Organizational Development. Upon graduation, I began my career in my home state of Pennsylvania at Siemens Healthcare and Penske Trucking before moving to California. An endurance athlete, I combined my personal passions with my education. I wrote a dissertation titled, Understanding Perceptions of Motivation Among Ultra Marathon Runners In Ultra Distance Running and the Workplace. In my spare time, I bike and run. Notably, I completed 12 ultra-marathons in a year and have run 100 miles in less than 24 hours. In addition, I collect and watch movies and am an avid fan of craft beers. When I travel, I enjoy trying local styles.
