- Lead Business Analyst on the strategic Plc Enablement project for Structured Products which looks at streamlining the ABN Amro and RBS Equities Derivatives business;- Front office analysis on the current and target operating model to enable the business to issue RBS Plc products to clients using the ABN Amro system stack that is dependent on regulatory approval;- Analyse and document an interim risk transfer model that allows issuing products from the RBS Plc legal entity while market making in ABN Amro using a TRS (total return swap) and back-to-back process to flatten risk. These models were critical & acted as an insurance policy to protect the business in the case ABN Amro being further downgraded by rating agencies.
