As Talent Acquisition Analytics Product Manager in People Analytics and Culture (PA&C), I partner Talent Acquisition (TA) stakeholders and manage TA’s PA&C products. I oversee the Book of Work from TA into PA&C, manage stakeholder requirements, provide training and insights, and manage the development and delivery of reports, dashboards, and platforms that support TA’s strategic delivery.

Within Programmatic Propositions I was responsible, working in conjunction with the TA sub-services, for developing and maintaining efficient and clearly defined Graduate, Intern, and Apprentice propositions which deliver for the business, colleagues, line managers and candidates.

As Attraction and Engagement Specialist I help deliver Barclays’ global, socially enabled, communication strategy for candidate attraction and engagement across professional hiring.I also support ongoing attraction and engagement projects; communicating and coordinating change effectively with internal stakeholders and third-party partners.

In-house recruiter supporting talent acquisition across multiple Functions - Finance, Risk, Treasury, Audit, and HR. In this role I worked with Barclays via Resource Solutions (RPO/MSP) across the COO, Technology, and Functions business areas. Resource Solutions is a provider of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) solutions. We have delivered these solutions to leading organisations since 1997 and manage a recruitment budget of over £2 billion on behalf of our clients, placing candidates into over 40 countries globally. As part of the Robert Walters Group our business has considerable resources at its disposal, operating from 24 countries, which enables us to work in partnership with organisations, managing everything from global accounts with demanding resourcing strategies to single sites with low recruitment volumes.

As a Graduate Recruitment Assistant I gained insight into the administrative function within Student Recruitment and a greater appreciation for the operations of open days, assessment days, external/road show events, and the Higher Education recruitment lifecycle.Responsibilities: ▪️ Supported the University’s Course Enquiries Service, interacting with applicants via telephone, email, and face-to-face.▪️ Supported assessment days by assisting with administration, setup, and providing onsite support. ▪️ Actively researched developments in the HE sector and the University’s course offerings to provide internal and external stakeholders a useful and relevant enquiries service. ▪️ Supported the planning and preparation for Open Days and Campus Tours, as well as aiding the university’s outreach by attending these events and external HE Fairs. ▪️ Assisted the management of CRM data (via Hobsons Connect) and created copy for marketing communications.▪️ Acted as Secretary for the Recruitment, Outreach, and Admissions Clearing Forum. Achievements:▪️ Successfully managed event registration and enquiries at our onsite Open Day; supervising four staff members across two day events. ▪️ Represented Salford University at offsite Open Days and HE Fairs across the UK, increasing awareness and interest in Salford University as a brand, and a credible choice for Higher Education. ▪️ Created new Excel Spreadsheets (using pivot tables) to create reports from data collected at HE Fair events. The spreadsheet was implemented by the Outreach team to report their events for the 2015/2016 recruitment cycle.

As a Student Ambassador I represented Lancaster University at Higher Education Exhibitions, both at school and regional level. I engaged with students, parents, and careers advisors on Lancaster University’s display at HE events.I was also a Senior Student Ambassador, supervising up to twenty student staff members, and one-hundred student participants, over four day (and evening) on-site Summer School events.

As a Target University Mentor I held seminars at schools across the North West to encourage students from a Wider Participation background to attend university. I planned and delivered dynamic sessions based on the students’ interests, concerns, and questions.
