I am a faithful Roman Catholic, love Our Lord Jesus Christ, married to my wife, Anne, and a father of one!As Engineering Team Lead at Crane ChemPharma and Energy (CP&E), I am highly motivated to lead a talented engineering team to safely design, improve and sustain industry leading industrial plug, ball, check and butterfly valves for chemical, pharmaceutical and power generation industries. To maintain CRANE CPE's competitiveness in the market, I assist with yearly ISO 9001 audits to assure we have a documented quality management system, develop my team to grow professionally, technically and take ownership challenges they face and lead problem solving teams to big breakthroughs.In December of 2019, I graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology and Honors of Magna Cum Laude. I led the University of Dayton Mini Baja Team for two years and refined my manual machining skills as a Manufacturing Processes Lab Assistant.As an avid INDYCAR, NASCAR and Formula 1 fan, I attend races every year and enjoy learning about the rich history of racing and automobiles. At the track, you can catch me with a camera in hand using my photography skills to snap the sense of speed of a racecar.
