It provides customers with integrated freight and logistics solutions across an extensive national rail and road network, traversing Australia.Reporting through to the Chief Finance Officer, my role operates in the Group Finance team, leading a small team of five to take responsibility for the following key activities: > Co-ordination and delivery of the annual budget cycle, including Executive presentations and reporting through to Board - this role spans the organisation ensuring that key deadlines are met with the budget being developed consistently and robustly.> Monthly Reporting - The team consolidate and deliver the monthly results through to the CFO, Executive and Board including monthly Flash and Board Reports.> Forecasting - management of the monthly rolling forecast including associated risks and opportunities> Transformation - management of the Transformation Reporting system and delivery of the results through to Executive Management Committee and monthly Transformation reporting committee

In 2012 PwC promoted me into the consulting practice having acknowledged my leadership skills and ability to rapidly understand clients and their issues – 2014 saw me promoted to Senior Manager where my responsibilities included: - leading national transformation projects - collaborating on industry best practices - generating finance thought leadership - establishing internal and external relationships - coaching and mentoring team members - financial accountability for BU performance

I was selected by PwC to undertake an international secondment in 2010. Based on my technical knowledge and interpersonal skills I was promoted to Manager where my responsibilities included: - leading multiple ASX listed audits - engaging with clients to meet reporting needs - understanding and sharing regulatory changes - managing multiple teams and budgets concurrently

I joined as a trainee accountant in 2006 completing full time work and study - I completed by degree and qualified as an accountant in 2010. This was a great opportunity to develop my analytical mind, and obtain insight in to more than 50 companies over 4 years.
