I have 12+ years of experience, including eight as a people leader, in Global Program Management, Change Management, Operations, and Supply Chain, Learning from site level to multi-country/global level. I have deep expertise in change management as well as advising and collaborating with executive-level leadership at Global Fortune 500 companies with complex, matrixed organizations.I have launched dozens of new products in Consumer Packaged goods for Johnson & Johnson in North America, before moving on to Unilever to manage supply chain transformation projects and new product introductions at global scale. My most impactful work at Unilever was arguably the work he did for gender equity and equality by aligning North American executives to take a more targeted approach to gender equity and equality by imploring men to take a more active role, and introducing the concept of intersectionality to Unilever at the corporate level. I established a men's group dedicated to learning in a safe space, and taking action publicly within the company to promote gender equity and equality and effect change. Unilever North America reached gender parity (over 50% women) in management just two years after this program was established and has achieved that public goal for every year since.I moved on to excel as a people leader in Amazon. I started in front line management in 2017 and worked my way up to Site Leader/General Manager in 2022 by leading inclusively, analytically, and centering psychological safety for my teams. I served as a Sr. Manager of Program Management for Project UV -- Amazon's internal on-site COVID-19 testing operation which kept Amazon.com in operation during a critical time for the world. In that role, I was responsible for Customer Experience, Training, and Health Equity for on-site testing operations in seven countries, laboratory operations in two countries, and the direct-to-consumer COVID-19 test collection kit sold in the US and the UK under the brand Amazon Dx. My team trained thousands of employees across all Amazon business lines and designed training programs for Program and Product Managers in Amazon Dx. I played a key role in establishing the Program Management standards for a rapidly growing and complex business. I took on the director-level responsibility of owning DEI for the Amazon DX business, and led the first effort in Amazon Dx to partner across Amazon's healthcare business to share best practices and co-create strategy for Health Equity and Training across the category before Amazon divested from Dx.
