The Web Team works within the SDL Tridion CMS to build, update, and maintain the hundreds of separate sites that make up the Yale School of Medicine. to After being hired as a freshman to work on a temporary data entry project, I was added to the team and then promoted three separate times, from Data Entry, to Web Assistant, to Student Team Lead, to Web Project Assistant. Responsibilities included management of a team of 6 subordinate students--hiring, training, workflow, and quality control. I handled web projects from start to finish, including solo client meetings, wire framing, delegation of project deliverables, and quality control.

Categorized high volumes of court order removal requests for web search, as well as hosted products, based on the public interest value of the content in question. Performed country-based analysis with this newly generated data in order to assist the removals team in standardizing decision-making in cases of content that is deemed to be in the public interest. Researched international laws regarding various types of internet content as well as internet service provider liability in order to assist removal policy decisions.
