In early 2021, I joined the team at W. Brown Performance Horses, an equestrian facility offering boarding, training, breeding, lessons, and sale horses. I currently oversee general operations and sales activity for the facility with leadership over 4 maintenance staff. I direct various maintenance and upgrade projects to maximize safety for our animals as well as increase client (boarder) satisfaction. I regularly work to procure inventory such as feed, hay, shavings, construction materials, etc. and negotiate pricing and delivery with vendors. I am the main point of contact for prospective and current boarders and advertise the facility on social media and at industry events. Since starting at W. Brown Performance Horses, I have been able to lead a significant expansion project which increased facility capacity to accommodate 10 additional horses. This project, among various other improvement initiatives, has generated $4.5K additional monthly revenue and increased the capacity of the facility by 40%.

My time with Enterprise started in the Management Trainee program before being promoted into a Management Assistant role and very quickly from there, into an Assistant Manager capacity overseeing profitable rental car operations (at a $4M “sweet 16” branch). My main accomplishments included: ● Generating 156% YTD growth at my “sweet 16” branch (one of the top 16 largest locations in Michigan). ● Winning multiple “Elite” awards for being in the top 3 for sales matrix performance. ● Having a hand in the growth, professional development and ultimately promotions of 5 staff members. ● Maintaining consistent optimal (90%) fleet utilization and associated profitability rates.

Up until assuming this role with the Michigan Senate and Senator Joe Hune in particular, I was heavily involved in customer service, sales, marketing, and operations.
