• Key Responsibilities
• The Recruitment team is funded under a User Pays model as an internal re-charge for services provided. I have full P&L responsibility for the team.
• Leading a team of up to 12 recruitment consultants based on multiple sites across Australia with budgetary control, professional development, appraisal, training and disciplinary responsibilities.
• Ownership of the Recruitment process including continued evolution of the function and setting the strategic direction of the team.

• Managing Preferred Supplier relationship with Recruitment Agencies and enforcement of correct usage throughout business as well as identifying relevant recruitment agencies to meet the changing needs of the business.

• Dealing daily with salary negotiations with candidates, advising College HR officers and Line Managers on Recruitment issues, Recruitment systems issues, external and internal suppliers of services.
• Managed web-based advertisement campaigns, negotiating rates, overseeing design and approvals.
• Director-level recruitment, including direct targeting of candidates and selection of executive search firm. Achievements include:
