We were tired of the only solution was to purchase another piece of jewelry or if you had real solid silver jewelry to have to handle and smell all the awful chemicals to clean your jewelry. So we came up with an alternative, DTarnish.

At Equity Alliance Group/ Multistate Home Lending we had the ability to write not just your typical conforming mortgages we also were FHA approved. So I am very well versed in all aspects of mortgage lending and its many different loan programs though Fannie Mae, Freddy Mac, FHA and VA. The majority of my business was derived though Real Estate Agent relationships that I have developed throughout the years. Since I do enjoy working with my agents and working purchase transactions since you are starting a new relationship with your clients form the beginning, I have also put together a First Time Home Buyer Seminars to help the agents I work with generate more business for us as a whole.

2002- 2006When I started American Home Loans as a loans officer I was solely dealing with refinance and purchase money of residential properties. Extremely motivated to see our company grow I over took the responsibility of Project Manager. As Project Manager, I over saw and managed new lead sources for American Home Loans such as Lending Tree also opening up new sub-prime lead sources for our office. I also took the role of Team Manager. As a team manager I undertook interviewing and hiring new employees for my team. With my effective management and training skills we quickly became the highest producing team at our branch.

I began my experience with Meredian Financial as a loan officer, selling loan programs to perspective clients with debt consolidation needs. I was responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls and turning potential borrowers into clients by selling a variety of programs, such as, refinancing 1st mortgages, 2nd mortgages and debt consolidation programs.
