Over the course of my career, I have managed dozens of large cases involving the full spectrum of disputes that can arise in design in construction, including design and construction defects, delay and inefficiency claims, payment disputes, lien and bond claims, and terminations for default. I often advise clients in major regulatory matters such as the Davis-Bacon Act and the Buy American Act. I have been involved with a number of state and federal bid protests on behalf of both protestors and intervenors. I have prosecuted tens of millions of dollars in claims against government agencies, have litigated many cases before the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals and Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, and have favorably settled or mediated the vast majority of those matters.
