The Framework recognises the growing diversity of these professions and their areas of practice. This project has delivered Australia's first public relations and communication Competency Matrix aligned to the Australian Qualifications Framework. The Professional Framework will provide all PR and Communication employers and employees with a framework for professional development, career planning, recruitment and education and training. Development of the Framework has been conducted in consultation with industry, academic and tertiary education and recruitment representatives in Australia and in alignment with the Global Alliance project.
