I’m here to inspire a love of learning. How I do that is by supporting some of the most gifted, wonderful people on the planet, the Cahoot Learning team.Humanity has extraordinary challenges in front of us. I truly believe that the only way to navigate these is in our ability to learn, unlearn and relearn, this is our superpower. If there was one skill that I have seen over and over again change lives and change the planet, it’s the skill to learn. We are communal beings and we learn best with and from each other. This is amplified where we can bring together diverse ideas, diverse backgrounds, diverse skills and explore things that matter, to us, to our organisations, and to our planet.We have all experienced significant isolation over recent times and for much of the world, this is ongoing. We need community in our learning, we need to build relationships to learn from and with each other. We don’t need more isolation in learning. I really don’t care for the latest Ai that will personalise my learning path and connect me with content at just the right time. I want to learn about you. I care about how you solved that problem, how your team created that model, what keeps you up at night and gets you up in the morning. It is in community and relationships that we learn best.
