CurrentManaging approximately 400 individual accounts per month assisting clients with mid-term changes, reviewing policies, and ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date.Building and maintaining relationships with clients to address their needs, inquiries, and concerns in a timely manner to ensure clients are properly insured and informed.Collaborating with underwriters, claims managers, and sales managers to provide a seamless experience for clients and to resolve any issues or disputes promptly and fairly.
