I have more than 20 years experience in audit, financial accounting and due diligence in Australia and the USA, having worked in Sydney, New York and Los Angeles prior to settling in Brisbane.As a partner in BDO Brisbane’s Audit division I specialise in assurance services and have worked with large and medium sized businesses from a range of industries, including manufacturers, property developers and managers, miners, motor vehicle dealers and not-for-profit organisations.Across these sectors I have been responsible for projects such as the audit of numerous listed mining and resource companies, ranging from large coal producers to junior explorers, and acting as lead partner on the audit of one of Queensland’s largest humanitarian groups as well as a number of sporting organisations and churches. I was also involved in the audit of one of Queensland’s largest motor dealership groups and I have extensive experience in performing external audits and due diligence on retail centres.
