About Anthony Ybarra
I have worked in food and beverage for the last 20 years, working my way up from a concession stand worker at the L.A. County fair into hotel management for the last 15 years. What started as a part time job in high school has turned into a true passion and love for not only food and beverage but hospitality. Working for companies such as Hyatt Hotels, Sysco Foods and now Hilton have developed me both personally and professionally into an effective and compassionate leader. I have had the pleasure of working in convention hotels, resorts including a five diamond hotel as well as suburban hotels in various parts of the country, they have all taught me valuable lessons along the way. Hospitality is truly what I enjoy and I am lucky to do something I love.
