I am assigned to the Iowa Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, and I provide assistance to other agencies in our area. I engage in community outreach relating to cybersecurity and online safety. I also act as administrator and security officer for Sheriff's Office systems including as Local Agency Security Officer (LASO) for our FBI CJIS requirements.I have served on the ICAC Task Force as a Forensic Examiner since 2009. Prior to becoming a full-time employee of the Sheriff's Office, I did so as a Special Deputy. I continue to serve as a Special Deputy, but digital forensics is now a part of my day job.
