I will provide examples of how other organizations are getting it right and provide time for attendees to individually reflect on how they can start implementing practices right away.Learning Strategies: I am frequently asked what are the most effective instructional models and edtech? After visiting hundreds of schools, I’ve come to believe that every organization has become a learning organization. This session is about shaping big picture strategies and rooting them in day-to-day tactics. You will have an opportunity to think about 1) how your school or district can become a better learning organization, 2) elements of school model design which produces the most gains and how to get there, and 3) as administrators what are some daily practices which can keep the momentum going around implementing new initiatives from Science of Reading to AI.
