Defined the product strategy roadmap of low code and AI builds to automate service areas and processes across crypto, legal and payments workflows that manage $10B+ in assets. More specifically, I built from scratch the product roadmap, operational processes, automation, data infrastructure, data analytics and best practices for the crypto and payment services areas.We were able to save $2M+ in cost in less than a year. Our team has seen tremendous growth in Partner related sales, and due to my work in the OEM and Reseller space, we have seen increased focus and prioritization by C suite in this market.

Wayfair is one of the leading ecommerce platform in the US with and is currently expanding in both Europe and Canada. With its explosive growth, Wayfair continues to expand their logistics network and supplier outreach in order to provide the best possible service and experience.I focused on Big Data Analytics and Insights to build out products and provide recommendations to drive business value. As such, I utilized SQL and Tableau to create an analytical product that provides key stakeholders, from category/supplier operations and category/profit management, insights about Wayfair’s delivery times against its 3 biggest competitors by category, class, product, manufacturer and region/state over time. This allowed stakeholders to pinpoint targeted interventions at any level and allowed me to recommend suppliers for stakeholder outreach into our CastleGate program to reduce overall delivery times, enhance customer loyalty, increase sales and bolster supplier relations. Through this work, I was able to lay the groundwork for scaling my analytical product’s capabilities for future competitors by expanding data coverage for missing fields to create more comprehensive data sets. In addition, I was able to identify best practices and simplify Competitive Intelligence and Business Intelligence workflow transitioning for more efficient communication and operations.

As a Presidential Scholar Researcher under Marc D. Dixon, I explored the institutional targets of protest and the ways they enabled and constrained various forms of activism. As a result, I coded and analyzed over 3600 newspapers from 1960-1990 to research sociological development and patterns of firm protest.

Swire Properties is Hong Kong's leading property developer and investor that directly impacts the way people live and work through their numerous commercial and community projects. Swire Properties recently created a new team, Blueprint New Ventures, which is responsible for analyzing and acquiring startups to bolster the operations of its other departments.As a VC/tech sourcing analyst, I analyzed over 50 startups and performed due diligence to determine business potential for investment to drive Swire’s sustainable development initiative and platform digitization. I was able to find pain points and strengths by leading and designing innovation workshops with different Swire Property departments to understand areas of inefficiencies. As a result, I was able to propose solutions in construction, analytics, talent acquisition, office leasing and property investments through various startups. Finally, I negotiated deals 1 on 1 with CEOs and top managers about potential use cases of their products for various Swire teams, leading to increased efficiency in operations and more immersive office space turnover through AR/VR property showcases.

Kowloon Dairy a leader in the dairy industry and currently has the largest market share in Hong Kong. With a very steady and consistent market in Hong Kong, Kowloon Dairy now aims to bolster its subsidies in China and expand its market opportunities to cater towards a larger demographic.As an intern, I analyzed competition and global industry trends, resulting in the company rebranding its chocolate milk to market towards fitness and muscle recovery due to the growing health awareness in Hong Kong. Through my due diligence I decreased cost of product development and inefficiencies in factory production of the Guangzhou subsidiary by reformatting budgeting tables and reallocating funds towards minimizing Kowloon Dairy’s product portfolio. Finally, my research and analysis on customer preferences for unique and niche ice cream flavors and low fat fresh dairy produce in the expat market resulted in company expansion toward new segments in the ice cream and milk industry
