Travelled to China to visit and choose our manufacturer, designed the products, developed the website, built and ran the social media platforms, managed daily/weekly operations and relationships with pick and pack distribution company, as well as our products in 7 retail clothing stores in Melbourne. This was a fantastic experience to push through all the trials and tribulations of building a business from scratch.
