Accumulated 418 approved AXP hours. Work focused on RE_TOLD and HOME INCUBATOR, community outreach and engagement tools. This project was awarded the 2019 AIA Pittsburgh Small Certificate of Merit. The work included:- Completing physical fabrication and construction documentation of both tools. - Several deployments into communities of Pittsburgh to converse with local residents, collect oral histories, and host communal events such as Virtual Reality demos of RE_CON 01, a market rate housing prototype developed by the UDBS.- Extensive documentation and formatting of all deployments and information gathered from local residents.

This was an extension of work that continued from the first year of Masters of Architecture school at Carnegie Mellon University. Work involved:- Working with a client at a local non-profit’s newly purchased food recycling and office facility. - Working with a small team on a high-performance concrete panel rainscreen system and exterior patio at the facility.- Conceptual design, schematic design, design development through to construction documentation along with a job skills training booklet to use overrun high performance concrete panel to be post processed and used on the building and beyond. - In order to test the proposed facade, a construction document set of was created and used to build a physical mock-up of the rain screen system.
