Anthony has forged a reputation as a disruptive entrepreneur who has changed Canada’s telecom industry.Under Anthony’s leadership, Globalive has received numerous best-in-business awards, including the top ranking on PROFIT magazine’s list of Canada’s 100 fastest growing companies, 12 times named one of Canada's 50 Best Managed Companies, and 3 times named one of Canada's 30 Best Workplaces. In 2010 Anthony was named CEO of the year in Canada by the Globe and Mail. In 2007, Anthony founded the SHAMBA foundation, a charity that assists other not-for-profit entities with fundraising and organizational efforts.Anthony is a champion of the next generation of technology entrepreneurs, supporting programs including the Next 36, Startup Canada, the Entrepreneurship Hatchery, the Creative Destruction Lab. He supports young entrepreneurs with financing and mentorship, is active on several boards and advisory groups, and speaks regularly to students about entrepreneurship.In support of theatre in New York and London, Anthony has produced and co-produced several successful theatre productions, including the Laurence Olivier award winning 2010 production of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof.
