I am a self-driven, motivated and dedicated person. My life experiences have provided invaluable lessons and opportunities, each which I have embraced and used to challenged myself. I have become an expert at identifying my strengths and weaknesses, and then applying skills and tools to improve each of those. Today, I truly understand the importance of trust, honesty and transparency as well as the significance of relationships in every aspect of life. Each day I work hard to evolve as a mentally, physically and spiritually grounded individual.Anthony Lapsins is a person that does what he says he will do. I think of myself as a visionary. I enjoy looking at problems from a lateral perspective and identifying where opportunities might be concealed.I have spent the last few years intently educating myself, and others, in the methodologies of Business Model Generation and using the Business Model Canvas. Further, I spent equal time studying Steve Blank's theories of the Customer Development Process and have learned the importance and value in creating hypotheses to test my business models in order to make pivots and iterations to validate my ideas.Additionally, I have extensively studied subscription business models.
