- Installation of low voltage Data/Network and Telecommunications cabling for a variety of clients in the NJ/NYC Metro area

- In charge of day to day running of the office and employees. Responsibilities included:- Handling customer service issues and dispatching technicians accordingly- Collections- Banking and minor accounting - Closing out work tickets from technicians and check for any errors or equipment pricing issues- Helped customers over the phone with technical support if needed- Handling any requests from CEO and VP of Sales- Worked on InBound Marketing and Social Media marketing- Worked closely with sales team to create marketing and brand recognition for the telephone systems sold. (NEC and MITEL)- Have working knowledge of InBound Marketing systems VooDoo and HubSpot

- Set up production shoots on a per job basis - Film content – Primarily with a Canon 7D DSLR & other Canon Video equipment - Edit content – Primarily use Final Cut Pro X - Production design with clients on ideas and content for project - Prepare production crews on a per job basis - Create and update social media pages for clients - Edit and correct scripts on a per job basis - Archive all projects and footage

- Schedule technician’s daily - Project manage all new installations - Manage sub-contractors on out of state or local work - Customer Billing - Work with sales on weekly reports/scheduling of installations - Oversee day to day operations - Create weekly reports tracking technicians, accounting & expenses
