Hand-selected by the US Army’s Chief of Transportation to serve as the Officer Personnel Developer. Responsible for personnel proponency issues affecting over 1,900 officers. Responsible for the human resource management and personnel life-cycle management functions of the US Army’s Transportation Corps, including structure, acquisition, individual training and education, distribution, deployment, sustainment, professional development, and separation as defined in current Army regulations. Managed professional development programs to include the Train with Industry program. Monitor and evaluate officer promotions, screening for nominative selections, education, assignments, utilizations, and cadet accessions. Advise the Chief of Transportation on issues, initiatives, provide alternatives, coordinate actions, and provide updates on programs. Additional duties included upholding the standards and traditions of the US Army Transportation Corps.
