• Designed, developed, tested and implemented the interface between Coupa and SAP S/4 HANA for 4 Co Codes, while maintaining the interface between Coupa and SAP ECC6 for the Co Codes still in the pipeline. There was not.
• Expertly implemented and configured Coupa Inventory Module in-house to allow for best-in-class inventory processes. Implementing in-house saved an estimated 206,559 in consulting fees.
• Effectively implemented and configured Services Maestro in-house to provide an efficient and dynamic purchasing process for users of variable POs. Implementing in-house saved an estimated $60,000 in consulting fees.
• Implemented custom Coupa instances for our Canadian Operations, encompassing 17 COAs and 85 users. This project involved the creation of many custom fields, SAP integrations, and different process separate from our US.
• All the above accomplishments synergized to increase the spend in Coupa from $21,000,000 in the 12 months prior to me joining Centuri, to $101,000,000 in the most recent prior 12 months.

• Oversaw the implementation of ADS-B Out on 57 aircraft without a material delay
• Managed the Purchasing team’s metrics, resulting in a 68% improvement of past due purchase orders within 7 days.
• Currently in the process of implementing an EOQ inventory provisioning model for all expendable parts.
