Monday reflects my experiences with all of the superintendents, principals, educators, and educational experiences I have been exposed to over the last 20 years while working as an administrator. My interaction with the corporate and non-profit community has opened my mind to real-world experiences, which has driven my perspective to address each situation for its own merit.
