- Manage all project responsibilities in adherence with budgetary guidelines and the vision of the society.- Responsible for Global Conference budget, accounting for 15M in revenue and 5M in expenses annually.- Negotiate over 90 hotel contracts annually (except when in Las Vegas, which is closer to 20 hotels). Manage inventory of 22,000+ peak rooms for a total of over 95,000 room nights.- Oversee and manage relationships with vendors: housing services, AV, general services contract, transportation, shipping, F&B, convention center staff, DMC).- Reserve and manage over 600 staff, vendor and VIP housing reservations.- Create and distribute service vendor RFPs and analyze proposals. Negotiate and finalize vendor contracts. - Created and manages the organization's Emergency Preparedness Plan. - Acted as primary lead on HIMSS21's Health & Safety plan, which included a COVID-19 vaccination mandate for all attendees, exhibitors and staff. - Manage and oversee Meeting Services team, who, in addition to the Global Conference, are responsible for 40-50 HIMSS regional events annually.

- Oversaw broad operational functions for various trade shows, conventions, conferences and special events in the nation’s largest convention center.- Responsible for an average of 15 events a year including: HIMSS, National Restaurant Association Show, American College of Cardiology, Microsoft Ignite, American Academy of Ophthalmology, PCMA and Sage Summit. - Acted as the sole operations contact to the client. Built and maintained strong relationships with clients in order to secure repeat business for McCormick Place.

- Credited as Casting Director on 23 projects ranging from feature film to reality TV to print. Credits include projects for NBC, MTV, FOX and HarperCollins. (Credit list attached) Duties included research, recruiting, interviewing (both in studio and in the field), editing and pitching to executives. Coordinated highly publicized casting calls for various reality programs. Extensive experience traveling and casting in all parts of the country.
