From January 2014 I have been the Program Manager for the STLS work group identifying opportunities for system-enabled innovation in process design and service delivery and working on the academic business systems roadmap including preparation of the 2015 Capital Plan bid for the Planning and Budget Conference.Achievements:- In response to a request from the business to assist in reducing the work required to support the 2014 mid-year commencing cohort, the CaptureME service which allowed the commencing cohort to upload their own photographs for their student identity cards was rolled out in three weeks to be available for Academic Advice Day. The response from both students and staff has been overwhelmingly positive.- Facilitated, along with Neil Robinson and Evan Kritikakos, the Minding the Gap: evaluating student expectations and success workshop at the Business Improvement in Universities Conference on 24 September 2014 at which I focused on the challenges, rewards and lessons learnt around benefit profiling and realisation.
