- Manage complex samples, including design of databases used for tracking and reporting on sample status
- Program questionnaires for web and telephone surveys using skip logic and conditional survey prompts
- Create database applications for company’s personnel data and client databases, including data migration, various types of queries, and application programming
- Process and manage data from clients and vendors to achieve goals of any project
- Monitor and act on quality control issues such as representative sample demographics and survey protocol
