I am currently a junior student in the Rutgers Business School (New Brunswick) with a major in Business Analytics Information and Technology. While I do not have any full-time experience to my name, I have worked on campus at Krispy Pizza since February 2023. This role has taught me the value of customer service as well as the true necessity of time management. I have learned how to successfully balance a 19 hour per week schedule with my course load. During the months of May-August, I work 5 days per week as a lifeguard at Frogbridge Day Camp in Millstone, New Jersey. Myself and seven fellow lifeguards are entrusted with the responsibility of providing a memorable experience for the campers while also ensuring their safety. We primarily supervise the camp's lake activities which include kayaking, paddle boating, and tubing. On campus, I serve as the Vice President of Operations for the Zeta Beta Tau fraternity. This is a role that I was voted into in November 2023 that I intend to serve until re-election in November 2024. I serve as the liaison between our chapter at Rutgers University and Zeta Beta Tau Nationals. The majority of my role consists of handling the oversight of internal management of our chapter's operations. In addition to mediating weekly Executive Board meetings, I have participated in conferences with chapters from across the country. In January 2024 I attended the fraternity's Regional Officer Institute program on the campus of The University of Pennsylvania. Here, I met with fellow Executive Board members to reflect on the ability we have to foster the growth of our respective chapters.
