Formerly a real estate lawyer with Wragge & Co, Anthony set up his own development company, Court Collaboration. Court Collaboration is a Birmingham based residential property developer, started in 2010 on Colmore Row, Birmingham the company has established itself as Birmingham’s premium developer and has delivered over 2,000 residential units in the city to date. In 2022 the business started construction of Birmingham’s first sky scrapper; “One Eastside” in a £200m forward fund development deal comprising 667 BTR units with Pension Insurance Corporation, One Eastside, is one of the largest institutional BTR forward funding deals in the UK. This prominent site located next to High Speed 2 will complete in Q3 2026 and offer residents high quality premium accommodation, with a view! Court also has a large portfolio of projects in planning and pre-construction including its £180m joint venture with PGIM Real Estate one of the largest global real estate funds in the world. PGIM’s private equity fund backed Court Collaboration in 2022 and provided the equity for the 581 unit Brindley Drive development which is currently in planning and pre-construction. Elsewhere in the City the business has delivered successful projects with Moda Living, KKR and Top Capital Group and is the largest importer of FDI into Birmingham over the last 12 years. In 2020 the business partnered with property tycoon Sir Tony Gallagher in a £100m joint venture deal to help unlock strategic brown field BTR development sites in Birmingham. The business has a robust pipeline of residential development sites comprising a further 3,000 BTR units across 4 strategic sites in the city, these projects are currently working their way through the planning and pre-construction phase and include the 48 storey 454 unit Irish Centre and the prominent 995 unit Stone Yard development. Anthony is a Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy®, NLP Coaching and Hypnosis. Anthony is accredited through the American Board of NLP (ABNLP) and the American Board of Hypnotherapy (ABH).
