I am an experienced senior Business Manager and Change Management specialist with broad project, portfolio, process and people management roles over his career to date. I have a background in management consulting and have been working in the financial services industry since 2011 where I have held several senior roles, latterly specialising in senior Business Management roles. I am currently employed as the Head of Business Management at RBC Brewin Dolphin. Prior to that I was at Standard Life Aberdeen for 9 years, the final three years as the Head of Integration Office on the Aberdeen Asset Management / Standard Life merger.Previously to that I held several senior Change and Transformation roles in my nine years at Aberdeen Asset Management, including a number of project management roles across the asset management business and I have a depth of experience in managing successful teams. An excellent communicator, I am adept at building relationships at all levels including C-suite and CEO. Previously I have experience in building a new business function in a successful property investment business and started my career as a management consultant in Deloitte.I hold a 2.1 business degree and a Masters in e-Commerce from the National University of Ireland Cork and enjoy sports, both playing and administration and scuba diving.Available to discuss new opportunities.
