New committee established in May 2015, advising the Council and the Executive on the development of policy, monitoring and scrutinising the discharge of executive functions in relation to the Authority’s Growth Strategy, strategic and neighbourhood planning matters, Housing Strategy, the Council’s accelerated housing and employment delivery programmes.
