Provide support to faculty, students, and staff in the use of academic technology. Assist students with software and hardware related questions and issues. Monitor equipment and maintain the lab's clean and organized condition. Assist the Academic Technology Desk staff and varies projects, data collection and computer lab maintenance.Responsibilities:• Greet and welcome guests to the computer lab and re-direct visitors to the Reference Librarians, IT Client Services and Administrative Offices when needed• Provide technical software support to students using myNECC portal, Blackboard, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Docs and hardware support to students using printers, scanners, laptops and desktops, both over the phone and in person• Maintain records of activities in the lab. Assist with data management and collection for printing, lab usage, office supplies and technical inquiries. • Enforce policies and procedures for use of the computer lab and the use of equipment, supplies and materials while maintaining a positive customer service environment• Preform other duties as assigned

Tutored Students in Web Development and Information Security.Gave basic tutoring in Web Development ranging from basic HTML to CSS and formating.Gave basic tutoring in Information Security that ranged from helping understand the concepts of keeping information safe to how to set up virtual machines and use basic Linux commands.
