I am the founder and CEO of YouBar, a Los-Angeles based manufacturer, developer and producer of customized nutrition bars. We specialize in the development and production of custom whole food nutrition bars, private label energy bars, protein bars and protein shakes for many of America’s most well-known diet book authors, nutritionists, dieticians, entrepreneurs, event planners, gym owners and fitness celebrities. I am also the author of the 2012 New York Times Bestseller, Custom Nation, which explores the reasons behind the rise in customization, and how businesses can profit from it. I frequently give television, radio, newspaper, and magazine interviews about YouBar and customization. I have appeared on Fox, ABC, The Cooking Channel, and KTLA. I have also given interviews for The New York Times, Women’s Health, DailyCandy, the TODAY show, E! News, The Nutrition Business Journal, Good Morning America, and National Public Radio’s Marketplace. In addition to this, I am also a regular speaker on how customization is changing industry, and I consult to companies launching customized products. Among my numerous talks, I have been a guest speaker at USC, UC Berkeley, UCLA and at the Food Manufacturing Institute.
