• Provide debt capital markets insight and solutions for complex financial situations involving syndicated and leveraged transactions for middle market clients ($50 million - $500 million in revenues)• Create financial models to evaluate appropriate capital structures accounting for the impact of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and other financial transactions• Analyze comparable issuances, covenant structures, and precedent transactions to assist senior bankers in generating optimal financing structures across a wide variety of industries• Value companies using precedent transactions, comparables, and discounted cash flow analysis• Drive the preparation of capital markets, credit approval packages, marketing materials, Confidential Information Memorandums and management presentations
