Design concept of features for a key scenario in auto vertical

I was responsible for the design and logic of B2B products (deposits, savings, counterparties, and loans). The logic and functionality of the products intersected or were built into the products of other teams. In addition to the details, it was important to look at the whole situation on a scale.Improved the processes for transferring artifacts within the team. Actively promoted a user-centric approach and research in the team.— Using the findings obtained in the process of refactoring and feedback from clients, I improved a scenario and redesigned outdated products to an actual guideline and design system. Reduced the number of clicks in the key scenario. Structured information reduced the number of calls to the help desk.— Moved 2 semi-offline products into the fully online experience that increased the number of new user applications.— The concept, drafts, and hypotheses of transferring a completely offline product to online are used by new designers as a best practice in team.— By benchmarking all entry points into (our team) products in the banking system (Internal and external sites) I found problems with navigation. As a result, navigation issues were fixed and new implementation points were found, which increased the number of active applications.— Assisted in the development of the design system. Reviewed the components for consistency and helped designers from other teams embed blocks in products.
