I have extensive experience in executive educational leadership and administration that promotes a shared vision for equitable educational outcomes for students, especially underrepresented student populations. I have created and taught undergraduate and graduate level courses on cross-cultural communication, cultural diversity issues in the classroom, and multicultural education.
