During my time in this role I managed a small team of Sales Executives. I helped to ensure that they hit both individual targets and overall team targets as well as recording and tracking team sales performance figures and compile reports.

My role was a fast paced and involved taking new enquiries through various different channels including the activation and upselling of insurance policies. This role required me to maintain a high level of attention to detail all whilst delivering excellent customer service.
